Report of the HR Executive Agenda - First Half 2021

We present the results of the survey corresponding to the first half of 2021 (1H21), to which 338 HR executives from Argentina responded who were consulted during the month of March. The results are presented in aggregate form and are also broken down by workforce and by industry segment, which allows differences to be observed and better conclusions to be drawn. The conclusions are compared with the results of the previous semester, although, due to the particularity of 2020, in some topics such a direct reference cannot be made due to the atypical situation caused by the pandemic.
